This is an illustration I did for a book titled "Fractured Rhymes".  It was produced by a number of dedicated and talented artists as a fund raiser to benefit research into Pediatric AIDS, and debuted this past summer at LoneStar, the World Science Fiction Convention for 1997 in San Antonio, Texas. Copies may be ordered via the publishers, Stygian Vortex Publications.

Each illustration is by a different artist and is accompanied by a traditional nursery rhyme.  This was my contribution.

Come Out To Play

Girls and boys come out to play,
The moon doth shine as bright as day.
Leave your supper and leave your sleep,
And come with your playfellows into the street.
Come with a whoop and come with a call,
Come with a good willl or come not at all.
Up the ladder and down the wall,
A half-penny loaf will serve us all;
You find milk, and I'll find flour,
And we'll have a pudding in half an hour.
